1. Can I have blank lines on the ticket? Do I have to use all of the lines on the ticket?
   Yes. You can have blank lines on the ticket. The design of the ticket is up to you.

2. Can I see what the ticket will look like before you print them?
   Yes. We have created an on-line took to let you proof the tickets at anytime. On then "Your Custom Projects" screen, there is a link next to your ticket project calle "proof". Click on this link to see what your ticket will look like

3. I found a typo on my concert ticket, but I have already ordered them. What can I do?
   Immediately, use our "Contact Us" page to send us a message about this issue. If we have not started processing your order, we can unlock it to let you make your changes. Once you make your changes, let us know again (via a reply to the e-mail we send you) then we can begin the processing of the order.

4. Why is my project locked from editing?
   When you place an order, you cannot modify the order while we are processing it. Once your order has been shipped, we will unlock the project
